When Amazon sellers look for a supplier of coffee wood dog chews for Amazon FBA, they rarely ask me about the wood first. The first question is usually: Can you apply FNSKU labels? Can you pack cartons to Amazon's requirements? Can you ship straight to an Amazon warehouse?

You create the barcodes in your own Amazon account and send us the file. We print and apply the labels exactly as they are in that file. You decide which code goes with which product, so we don't create codes on your behalf. That keeps things clean and avoids mix-ups later.

Packing works the same way. For Amazon shipments, we pack according to the Amazon requirements you send us. You just confirm how many sticks per pack and how many packs per carton, and the factory follows that.

One honest note: how an Amazon warehouse receives a shipment is Amazon's decision, so I can't make promises on Amazon's behalf. What we take responsibility for is our part, which is packing exactly to the specification you give us.

Mold after weeks at sea

This worry is real for every wooden product. A shipment across the Pacific spends roughly 28 to 45 days at sea, then sits in a warehouse for a while before it reaches a buyer.

So at our factory, the wood is moisture-tested to below 14% and only then vacuum-sealed, which holds it at that moisture level through the ocean voyage and while in storage. Without vacuum sealing, wood shipped during the rainy season will pick moisture back up along the way.

Some sellers ask us to dry the wood further, down to 10–12%, just to be safe. I'd gently suggest reconsidering that: pulling the larger sizes down that low causes a lot of cracking, so we don't accept that target for every size.

What we do guarantee is that the goods are free from wood borers and free from mold. And whenever you talk to any supplier, ask them at which stage they measure moisture and how they hold it there. The answer will tell you far more than a nice-looking number.

Low MOQ coffee wood dog chews, 50 pcs per SKU

Trial orders at WINVN have a low MOQ of just 50 pcs per SKU, so you can test the market and keep costs down before putting your capital into the sizes that sell.

On sizes: our standard coffee wood chews come in six sizes, from XS to XXL. Our larger line, Gorilla, comes in S to XL, 8–16 cm long, weighing from 155 g up to 1.1 kg per stick.

Uneven pieces and bad reviews

Wood is a natural material, so every stick will be a little different. I'm telling you this up front so you can write your listing description accurately, and avoid buyers receiving something that looks different from the photo and leaving an unhappy review.

What we can control is the process. Every order goes through a 5-step QC process at the factory, checked carefully at each stage before packing, and sizes are cut to a fixed size chart.

As for listing photos, you're covered. Once your order is in production, we shoot a photo set made specifically for that order for you to use.

Export documents for first-time importers

Many Amazon sellers are brilliant at building a brand but have never imported a shipment themselves, so the word "documents" makes them nervous.

We get it. With experience exporting to more than 40 countries, WINVN prepares the export document set for every shipment so you don't have to worry about it. The familiar ones, such as the Certificate of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate, are all prepared by us.

Goods can be shipped directly to the Amazon warehouse address you give us. Delivery terms depend on each order and on what you need, and our sales team will go through them with you when you confirm the order.

Getting stock in time for peak season
